Type of bottle cap:

(1) Rotating bottle cap

The inner side of the rotary bottle cap has spiral grooves, which can be opened and sealed by rotation, and can be reused without the need for instruments. Some bottle caps have anti tampering design or child safety packaging features.

At present, there are mainly two types of spiral plastic (anti-theft) bottle caps in circulation on the market: single sheet caps and double sheet caps, which are distinguished by the sealing structure used (single sheet caps are sealing rings, and double sheet caps are sealing gaskets).

1. Single piece cover

There is no gasket inside the bottle cap, and the entire cap material is the same, sealed by folding edges or inner stoppers.

2. Double cover

There is a gasket inside the bottle cap, and the gasket material is relatively soft. The sealing is maintained by the rebound force of the compressed gasket.

(2) Crown cap

The crown style bottle cap, abbreviated as the crown cap, has 21 teeth and a paper lined inner bottom to prevent contact between the contents and the metal cap. When opening the bottle cap, a bottle opener is usually used.

(3) Lift (flip) cap type bottle cap

1. Snap on type

A flip top bottle cap is a set of slender metal brackets that hold plastic or ceramic stoppers in place. It can be repeatedly opened or closed without the need for instruments. Before the invention of the crown cap, this was the main method for sealing carbonated beverages.

2. Plastic flip cap bottle cap

A lightweight plastic flip cap has a plastic cap body, a plastic flip cap, and a plastic paddle movable connection. Plastic flip caps are widely used in the food and beverage industry due to their advantages of simplicity, aesthetics, convenience, and practicality.

(4) Cork stopper

Cork stopper refers to a wooden stopper made of wood that contains cork resin but is not permeable, soft and has buoyancy. Commonly used as a wine bottle stopper, and the main ingredient used is Spanish cork oak.
